This wine comes from old vine Sauvignon Blanc of 60 years, planted on limestone-clay soils. 

With very complex aromas (candied and exotic fruits...) a hint of wood and a rounded palate, this wine will go perfectly with delicate fish like salmon, perch or zander, as well as white meats in sauces, and even foie gras.
